By accessing or using www.zuuzuureindeer.com (“Site”) you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other posted policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental/guardian consent to use this Site and make purchases.

3. Products & Services

Physical Products: Includes books, signed copies, and gift boxes.
Digital Products: Includes quarterly digital bundles, music, and downloadable content.
Memberships: “Zuumer” memberships grant access to themed digital bundles and other benefits.
Music Licensing: To license ZuuZuuverse music, please contact us for details and separate terms.

We reserve the right to change, discontinue, or limit our products or offerings at any time.

4. Orders, Payment & Fulfillment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Secure checkout is provided; accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is received in full.
Inaccuracy or mistakes on submitted orders may result in cancellation or correction by us; you will be notified if this occurs.

5. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout and must be paid by the customer.

6. Shipping & Digital Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on delivery times, costs, and restrictions. Digital products are delivered electronically to your registered account/email.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions. Due to the nature of digital products and personalized items, some products may be non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including books, stories, illustrations, music, and trademarks—is the property of Astarix Media Forge or respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use materials without express written permission.

9. Copyright Statement

No part of the Zuu Zuu the Zuper-Zonic Reindeer works may be reproduced, distributed, or used in any manner without the prior written permission of Astarix Media Forge.

10. Membership & Account

You may need to create an account to access some features (e.g., become a Zuumer).
Account information must be accurate and updated.
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality; notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Memberships are subject to additional terms as set forth upon enrolment.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Site and products/services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied. Zuuzuu Reindeer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the Site, products, or services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astarix Media Forge, its affiliates, authors, and employees from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
