Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 18, 2025

1. Physical Products
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for physical products (books, gift boxes) returned in original, unused condition within 21 days of delivery.

  • Personalized & Author-Signed Copies: These are non-refundable except in cases of defect, damage, or shipping error.

2. Digital Products
  • Digital Bundles & Music Downloads: All sales of digital products are final and not eligible for refunds once accessed or downloaded.

  • Access Issues: If there is a technical problem with accessing your digital purchase, please contact zuuzuuthezuperzonicreindeer@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for resolution.

3. Refund Process
  • To request a refund, contact zuuzuuthezuperzonicreindeer@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.

  • Eligible physical products must be received and inspected before refunds are issued.

  • Non-refundable items include personalized books, opened digital bundles, and any “final sale” items.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the product arrives damaged or defective.

4. Exchanges & Replacements
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items may be exchanged or replaced at no extra cost if reported within 7 days of delivery.

5. Licensing
  • Refunds for music or other licensing services follow the terms of the licensing agreement.

6. Processing Time
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after processing.
